Last few days on the Cape filled with fun!

It’s been a whirl wind of packing in as much as possible the last few days here. Joni and Mike have been fantastic hosts. I am also very happy they experienced new things as well as myself.

And on the morning I left, Joni read my Isis cards and Raki to see me through my travels. My path has been confirmed and guidance given through my 5 card reading. Chakras are balanced and I feel at peace.

Provincetown, MA

History abounds here as it was the 1st landing of the pilgrims in America. When they discovered the lack of fresh water and a good growing soil, they crossed over to Plymouth.

The Life guard saving stations and lighthouses are plentiful, as are stories of shipwrecks along the coast, piracy on the sea and mooncussers on land.

It is also a huge tourist town and there’s multiple things to do. Great beaches to whale watch or just relax. Great restaurants in either 5 star establishments or bars that have been around since the town was established for the fishermen from Portugal. Dune rides

This is just a few pictures of what we’ve done.

Eastham, Massachusetts Friend zone

Back on Cape Cod and staying with friends for a week or so. What amazing weather we’ve been blessed with and are taking full advantage of. Just a few pictures from the adventures so far.

Hickory Run state park, Pennsylvania

Again another fantastic drive across Pennsylvania in prime fall colors. Took a scenic route part of the way before having to jump on a express way. A couple of nice stops along the way however made it do-able. I have been to this park before as well. Rainy days here but it was nice to kick back and relax. Also avoiding Bears and hunters.

Guilford Lake state park, Ohio

This was a nice little park but surrounded by private residences. I’m sure I would not like it in the summer when it is full. Sites are spaced well but opened to each other. I was at the end where overflow parking is located. As I was just here for the night, it served it’s purpose.

Mt. Gilead state park, Ohio

I’m traveling again and it’s great! First stop was to visit cousins in Clarkston, Mi. Wonderful catching up with them both. I forgot to get a picture with all of us but did get this one the next morning. Can you tell we’re related?

Next night was at Mt. Gilead state park in Ohio. Never been here before believe it or not. Thought I had hit all of them, the number of times I’ve been through this state. It was a beautiful little campground, lots of hiking trails and mostly empty. You have to love camping in the fall. Weather could have been a little warmer and without the rain but the next day was beautiful!!
